Staff were courteous and helpful in every respect - quality of hotel decor and fittings was very good. Excellent comfortable room, and food was well produced from varied menu. “Nothing short of amazing. The hotel staff is top notch and treated me like a king at every encounter. The Bistro has great food, the fitness centre was well stocked, and the pool was great. A stark difference from a large chain hotel. Pass on Sheraton, Hilton or others and stay here. ”

It is true that I did not request a change. I was there for one day and tired.
I appreciate her concern and thanked her.
That said, 804 can be a bit noisy when there is an event in the meeting room. The hotel is super nice. Just ask for a different room.”
