Cottage a Hattiesburg

“Staff seemed rude or annoyed when checking in. Room key stopped working during the stay and I asked the staff for a new one. The staff member threw up her hands and rudely asked “well what room” and gave me a new key without verifying my ID. Customer service and safety are obviously not a priority here.”

“Close to the freeway, decent breakfast, the indoor pool is a good size, family friendly.”

“The check-in and check-out staff was great but I won't be staying here again. The hotel is dated with many stains and old towels. Toilet had water stains, shower was clean but looked worn. Towels, of which only one was given, aside from one fave towel and two washcloths were old and thin. There were stains on the walls, doors, bedding and everything just looked old. The AC worked well but was loud, which turned out to be a blessing. I was awoken at 2:45 a.m. by blaring rap music from another...
