“The room was clearly not cleaned properly. Beds were made but the linens had dried blood and makeup on them. Staff was very professional and apologetic and quickly moved us rooms. Unfortunate stay but the staff was very polite. ”

“One problem we encountered was that the room had not been cleaned. The staff came in, made the bed and collected the towels, but did not vaccum or replace towels until we asked later in the day.
Also, the TV had a very dark picture. The staff told me they were in the process of replacing the TVs, apologized and provided two drink vouchers.”

“The hotel needs remodeling when we went into the first room the floors were lifting and the room had a smell but when we went into our second room it was way better but apart of the table was chipped off and a few scratches on the cabinets but overall the stay was ok.”
