“The attitude of the front staff, once I got there they told me that they DID NOT have any room for me since I was a Expedia reservation even thought I had Fully paid for the room and had a confirmation on Expedia. I asked them ti refund my money so I could go find something else but they said they couldn’t. Finally after 30 minutes of making me wait and speaking in their native language they gave me a room. “The rooms were clean staff was nice and polite the building is a bit out dated but not bad for the price. WiFi doesn’t reach the rooms furthest from the reception and the TV’s are basic and not smart TV’s. But over all a decent place quiet and great location lots of options to eat walking distance. ”

“The room was great and staff was great but, we were told the pool was heated and spa was hot. Went to go swimming the night we were there and the pool was cold as well as the spa. Kind of a let down for as much as we spent to stay there. ”
