Wonderful stay! The hotel is absolutely beautiful. A special shout-out to the entire reception staff for being welcoming throughout our stay. A huge thank to Helena for her outstanding and professionalism. We will definitely be back.

"I have stayed at a Village hotel before in Cheadle and it was great, but this was a disappointing trip. The bedroom was small (even though I was in a club room) but clean and the staff were lovely.
