Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards I’ve come to expect from Hyatt.
The first major issue was with the elevators. During my stay, only one out of the three elevators was operational. This resulted in long wait times and considerable inconvenience for guests. Compounding the issue, several large weddings were taking place at the hotel, which meant the single working elevator was overcrowded and difficult to access.
Secondly, I was disappointed to find that the TVs in the rooms were outdated and not Smart TVs. In 2025, this feels far behind industry standards and impacted the overall in-room experience.
Additionally, the cleanliness of the hallways was not up to standard. Throughout the weekend, I noticed trash and leftover food scattered in various areas, which was both unpleasant and concerning from a hygiene perspective.
Lastly, the breakfast was underwhelming. The quality of the food, particularly the eggs, was poor and did not reflect the level of quality typically associated with Hyatt.
Overall, I had higher expectations for a Hyatt property, and it was unfortunate that my stay fell short in several key areas. For a listed 4 star hotel it really needs some updating/renovations. I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future guests.
