“Loved my stay one of the best places I've ever stayed.”

“Bathroom floor was leaking fluids through the vinyl cracks. Appliances weren't working, breakfast were serve cold (which is why I tried to heat it up in the microwave but it wasn't working and then I asked the front desk simply to be told "doesn't work."...) Staff would yell down the hall at each other regardless of time of day from 9[m to as early as 4am I will not stay here again and I do not recommend for anyone who wants to relax or have a hot breakfast accommodations. ”

“This property is a little “tired” & could use some updates, but our stay was fine. We especially appreciated that the mini-refrigerator in our room was inside a cabinet, which cut down on the noise (in other hotels we’ve had to resort to unplugging the fridge ti be able to sleep). Also that during the complimentary breakfast the tv was set to a nice nature scene with pleasant, low volume music, instead of blaring news. “Room was a mess, stains all over the bedding, walls and the lamps. Garbage was left in our room. We had an unexpected $50 charge that was not on the list when I booked the room. This was one of the worst hotel experiences ever.”

“You never saw staffing, no one kept up on cleaning the rooms. The tv and internet were never connected always had problems with it. Also, the location is horrible right off the freeway, it was always very loud.”

“Menu had hot items that were good. Hot tub was perfect. Those are my two requirements.”

“First off, check in was with a robot. Not a person. Then he gave me 2 blank keys, which made me think they could go to any door. Room was NOT clean, just picked up. Bed was dirty but made. Burn hole in the comforter and cut marks. Booked a non-smoking room and got a heavy smoked in room. Ash tray by the TV and one between the 2 beds. Mini fridge looked worse then one from a yard sale and possibly d thawed at some point because underneath was a puddle of water. ”

“Pool & hot tub is 24 available 24 hours a day for adults, rooms are big & comfortable, very peaceful.. highly recommend, although the free breakfast was lame …. But still worth the stay …. Just go out for breakfast 😊”
