Our charming and rustic apartment offers the perfect retreat for your mountain holiday in Les Saisies! Situated in the midst of Hauteluce, our cozy 55 m2 apartment is a mere 100m from shops and boutiques, delicious restaurants, and après-ski entertainment. Ski the pistes first thing in the morning as you're only 500m from the Chozal ski lift! Or, hop on the FREE Ski Shuttle that leaves from right outside the building. In the summer, explore this gorgeous area along the hiking and biking trails. At the end of the day, unwind in our cozy space that comfortably sleeps 6 guests, but can accommodate up to 8!

Drift to sleep in the 2 BEDROOMS with a Double bed each. There is also a Sleeping Alcove with Bunk beds, and a Sofa bed for 2 in the living area.

Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM. There is an additional shower room to provide ample space for everyone to get ready. For short stays under 6 nights, we'll provide you with bed linen and towels for FREE! For longer stays, bed linen can be rented for €8/kit and towels can be rented for €8/kit.

Relax in the cozy and rustic LIVING AREA. Sit back on the sofa and read a good book, or catch your favourite French movies and shows on the TV for €29/week (for short stays of less than 6 nights, enjoy the TV for FREE). Step out onto your Balcony or Terrace in the evening to breathe the fresh mountain air!

Prepare meals in the KITCHENETTE with ceramic hob, microwave/grill, dishwasher, and a complement of kitchenware and utensils. Enjoy your meal at the dining table with seating.

Our guests enjoy access to a number of excellent amenities and services at the Residence Les Chalets du Mont Blanc where our property is conveniently located. Dive into the lovely heated indoor pool or work out in the fitness centre. Warm up in the sauna on-site - you can enjoy 1 FREE session per week per apartment, and additional sessions cost €8/day. Play pool or table tennis in the main reception lounge with new and old friends (extra charges apply for equipment). If you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a meal at the restaurant on-site! For your convenience, laundry facilities are available on-site for €6.

We'd recommend bringing a car to get around this lovely area, and covered parking is available on-site for €7/day or €39 for 6+ nights. If you are interested in bringing your pet with you, they may be accommodated for an additional pet fee from €7/day.

Upon arrival, a small daily tourist tax of €0.50 to €3 per person and a damage deposit of €300 will be collected. For short stays under 6 nights, an end of stay cleaning (except kitchenette) is INCLUDED, and for long stays of 7+ nights, guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure, or an end of stay cleaning will be provided from €39 to €59.

During your stay in Les Saisies, we highly recommend that you indulge in a delicious meal with gorgeous views at the Auberge Mont Blanc, just down the road! If you'd like to cook in your unit, we'd recommend doing a grocery before arriving in Les Saisies, or you can head to the small supérette Proxi a short walk away. Experience the history of the region when you visit les Chemins du Baroque! For guests not travelling with their own ski equipment, rentals are available at the nearby Skiset in Les Saisies, which offers a wide range of equipment for every level of skier or snowboarder. Upon booking with us, we will provide you with an exclusive Promo Code that will give you a great discount on ski rentals when you book in advance!
