“The property was fantastic! Michelle, the host, was amazing! Constant communication and she made the process simple! My out of town guest loved the Condos theme and how close it was to dining, the lake and other areas. I would recommend Michelle's condo to anyone looking for a great condo in walking distance of near everything..... Including the parks and water! We will definitely rent this unit again if available when needed!”

“This was one of the cheaper properties that I looked at. The pictures looked good, but I still had hesitation. I was pleasantly surprised on how nice the stay was. Good linens, comfy beds, and good Wifi. We have a yearly golfing trip to the Laughlin/Havasu area and would definitely stay again.”

“Very nice property, Clean and well taken care of. A little confusion on the lock code but the property managers quickly solved the issue. would have been nice to have a tea kettle but most other items were satisfactory. There is a water pressure issue in the home. When shower or tub being used kitchen water pressure almost null. Pool was to be heated but never got above 50 deg. no big deal but please have it happen if advertised. Would stay again. See ya next Christmas.”

“The home was absolutely beautiful! One of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in. The house is decorated beautifully and its inviting and comfortable. The only thing I can say that needs improvements would be the hot tub. Definitely time for an upgrade as when we book a home with a hot tub we Definitely pay more for that amenitie. So we expect a hot tub ready to go upon staying. Other than that this home is great and the host is sweet and gets back to you quickly.”

“Nice end unit townhouse only attached on one side. Awesome natural light ceiling sunroofs all over and big windows and sliding glass door. Clean week kept grounds outside. Inside also clean and comfortable, close to everything. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great air conditioning. Host is very nice. Will definitely stay again ”
