“La pulizia in una camera non era stata fatta. Il personale alla reception era sbrigativo e poco accogliente. Il ristorante per cena e colazione pessimo. La struttura e' bellissima e in posizione ottima per l'aeroporto, ma la qualità, rispetto al passato, è scesa moltissimo in proporzione al prezzo che si paga. È un buon hotel 4 stelle, ma il costo (delle camere, del parcheggio) è sproporzionato a come viene gestito. ”

“The location and layout are great - right on the water, with a walking path along it and lots of outdoor seating. The pool is also great - bigger than many hotel pools, and with lots of chaise lounges. Our room, however, was very rundown and dirty. The floorboards were warped, there were spider webs on the bathroom ceiling, and the plug-in for the coffee maker had a web of dust all over it. The bathroom generally was old and rundown.
