“Nice for a 'no frills' motel. Do not like that not all doors shut all the way, gaps at top n bottom. Floor was quite damp outside bathroom, and bathroom floor was extremely slick.”

“Spark looks like a renovated prison cell block. The room was very stark. Nothing comfortable or welcoming. Upon arrival found the toilet clogged. Better not to go into detail just that a clogged toilet in a hotel room you just stepped foot in. It looks like Hilton wanted to compete with the lowest tier of motel - and ended up offering this horrible place. ”

“From the moment we walked in the door we knew we would have a very comfortable stay. Front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean. Quiet and comfortable, made it easy to rest and recharge. Small things make it stand out like the quality bath products and a microwave and frig in the room. The bed was epically comfortable and linens were clean and fresh. Quick check in and checkout with a text saying if we needed anything during our stay let them know....

“Worst place ever, do not go there. It’s very dirty, it stinks. Staff lie to u. Horrible place!”

“Clean room. Comfortable bed. Great location for our stay. Breakfast (egg white omelette, sausage, fruit cup, pastry, coffee, milk) was better than most others. Definitely will stay there again.”

“Posizione dell'hotel buona per raggiungere Buffalo o Niagara Falls (30 minuti in auto). Personale piacevole e molto disponibile: vengono organizzati spesso momenti di convito -facoltativi- per socializzare (merende o cene a buffet). Pulizia generale buona, da rivedere alcune lenzuola. Ambienti ottimi, peccano un poco per il rumore del frigorifero (presente nella nostra camera) e del condizionatore; la strada vicina non si sente.”

“The furniture in the room was worn out. The door to the bathroom was broken. The threshold into the bathroom had bare metal rails that could cut bare feet, the toilet was wobbly, the floors were dirty and the shower controls were hanging off the wall…I did not use the shower because of the poor shape the bathroom was in. All of the items were communicated to the front desk staff. The only redeeming aspect to the room was clean linens. I will never stay there again.”

“Place is very run down and clearly was just recently reopened. Renovations are currently underway but until then, the place is not great.”

“Everything was satisfactory however the parking lot was lonesome and poorly lit. Also entrance to hotel was not evident. ”
