Cottage a Hay Point

“Staff very friendly. Room was clean and quite. Good parking.”

“Nothing to complain!”

“Ok”

“They put us in the wrong room. We paid for a larger room but only in the morning did the receptionist advise us of her mistake. The room was comfortable and clean but I did slice my finger quite deeply on a broken tile around where a new shower head was installed. It was like a razor and needs to be fixed. We should also get a refund of the difference between the room I booked and the standard roomI received. It is quiet, bed is comfortable and the air-conditioning works well.”

“This place was great! The staff were very helpful”

“Love everything about our stay. Perfect location and we were able to have our furbaby Tuggy with us. Can't wait to come back again soon”

“room was clean but the rest of the place needs work.. over looking the fact that they had put a single bed sheet sideways across a queen size bed on a mattress protecter that had blood on it and when we asked the staff if they could fix it they dropped off a queen size just in side the door so we could do it ourselves.”
