Incredibile casa su misura costruito proprio sul fiume Hiawassee

Venite a rilassarvi nella nostra casa di recente costruzione. 3 camere da letto 2 1/2 bagni. Realizzato per coppie o famiglie! Godetevi la camera da letto principale al piano principale con un lussuoso bagno padronale. Il piano principale ha un open concept cucina / sala da pranzo / soggiorno. Pavimenti in legno per tutta la casa. Una camera dispone di un letto queen size con l'altro con letti a castello (due letti singoli e due letti singoli completi). Portate i bambini e godetevi il kayak, la pesca o semplicemente galleggianti nei tubi forniti in casa. Potete anche godere dello schermo in veranda con un bel fuoco. C'è anche una terrazza all'aperto ideale per guardare il tramonto.

La nostra casa sul fiume si trova a metà strada tra Murphy e Hayesville, North Carolina (solo 2 ore a nord di Atlanta!) Nelle Montagne Fumose. Altre attrazioni nelle vicinanze includono: Brasstown Valley Resort e Golf (a soli 10 miglia di distanza), Fires Creek (area selvaggia), Shooting Creek, Elf e Lago Chatuge a Hiawassee è a soli 10 minuti. Helen, GA è a 30 minuti di distanza. Potrete anche godervi il più divertente rafting sull'acqua bianca della zona. (Le Olimpiadi del 1996 si sono tenute sul fiume Ocoee) -30 minuti di distanza.

What an amazing location! The river, the mountains, the privacy...this home has all of it. The enclosed porch with wood fireplace and tv were awesome (you could still hear the river even with the football game on!) We made s'mores at the river side firepit multiple times. Yum! The home's interior was clean and very comfortable for our family of 4. We played pool downstairs every night. The drive to the house from the neighborhood entrance is tricky, but worth it every time! Thanks to Dana for being a great host!

Excellent Trip!!

Property is exactly as depicted and described! Beautiful, clean, well-equipped, secluded and serene! The owners are easy to communicate with and very responsive. We plan to visit here again soon!

Good until it wasn’t

House overall clean just lots of spiders. The river behind the house is nice just can be very dangerous at times with the levels of water rushing. You are expected to call daily to check to see the levels of generating for the river. This will help you gauge if you can even get in. Don’t touch the automated blinds to raise or lower because they are faulty and you will be charged if they get stuck. We are out 400 because of the blinds. Just beware

Great house, grest location

The outdoor fireplace and tv area on the screened-in porch is perfect. The firepit right by the river was an amazing setting. The house is well-stocked, spacious, private, and lives comfortably.

Beautiful Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay. Dana was very responsive and friendly. The views of the water are the best we have seen. There was everything we needed and more available which made it a great time (tubes, towels, sticks for marshmallows etc). Plenty of room for 7 of us to not feel crowded and have our own space. My favorite sitting area was the outside patio. We are already hoping to go back next year! Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding find

The scenery was beautiful! The beds where amazing. The outdoor seating area is where we all wanted to stay when we weren’t lounging in the river. We had to message the owner about a question and she text right back. The ride to and from the house was a bit of a doozy. Take your time. 2 from our group go car sick coming down the road from the house. Cell service was a little spotty. Other than that everyone had the best most relaxing time. I highly recommended. We are hoping to come back next year.

Peace on the River!

This home is in the sweet spot! Privacy and seclusion with convenience. Very close to parks along the river (Cool Park just down steam) if you want to put in and kayak or tube. Pay attention to the generation schedule and you’re good to go. More than enough Dollar Generals for the basic quick grabs and larger grocery stores like Ingles ten minutes away. The home was clean and well equipped with all we needed. Wonderful views and plenty of outdoor seating for socializing. Our host was easily available by text if we needed. Really a wonderful place to take in God’s Handy Work.

Always a pleasure

We have stayed at this property multiple times as well as others in Hayesville. This is by far and away our favorite. It is perfectly situated, we caught the biggest trout we’ve ever caught right in the backyard, and there is plenty of room for our 4 kids (7yrs-17yrs) to have their own space. Thanks, Dana!

Peace and Quiet

Unplug and enjoy the sites, sounds (or lack of), and atmosphere of this home right on the river. Fishing was great! Ease of access to the water was a dream! Huge backyard that is flat for my daughter to run around. Spent most of the time either fishing or relaxing by a fire on the screened in porch. If you are looking for seclusion this is the place. Slow down and simply soak in all of Mother Nature.

Great location

Great location very close to grocery store and restaurants. The house and property were very nice and accommodating. Parking my large truck was a little challenging as you have to back down a steep hill if you want to be close to the entry. I got used to it after a few times. Really enjoyed the screened in patio and that’s where I spent most of my time there.

Spring Break!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful. Does show some wear and tear but the view is amazing. The beds are comfortable and the house has everything you need. The road driving up is steep so be prepared. There are some paved areas as well as gravel may not be for faint of heart. We would definitely rent from here again.

Beautiful location

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend, and we just loved it. It is a peaceful spot at the end of the road, and the river surrounded by fall trees was gorgeous! We especially enjoyed the screened porch area with the fireplace—so cozy. One thing to be aware of is that the drive from the entrance—the Hidden River gate—to the house can be a little challenging in places. We were glad we had 4WD. The house is lovely and the location is fantastic—we would definitely stay here again.
