“Room was clean and tidy, bathroom was spacious (in previous occasions I've been assigned smaller bathrooms in which it was difficult to get in/out of the bath). Very quiet room even though it's next to the main road. I'd like it more if they provided the usual hotel amenities in the room (e.g. a bath cap). Breakfast is quite nice, a continental and full English buffet. Overall, I like the place.”

“No control over the heating, only one radiator working ground floor, upstairs hallway radiator not working, boiler kicked in at random times, en-suit shower room, riser rail and door broken. Main TV in lounge very hit and miss, May sleep eight people, though lack of seating in lounge, very sparse kitchen equipment, our waste dustbins were half full, more importantly there were no contact details, or information pack.”
