  • Sea Scenes è un accogliente appartamento al piano terra con due camere da letto situato sul bellissimo tratto di spiaggia di Hayling e in posizione perfetta per una vista mozzafiato sul Solent.

    Hayling Island è l'ideale per i turisti e le famiglie in quanto conserva tutte le attrazioni di una località balneare tradizionale. Una delle più grandi attrazioni è il Funland Amusement Park a Beachlands, che offre di tutto, dalle montagne russe ad una sala giochi e un'area giochi soft. La Hayling Seaside Railway che va da Beachlands a Eastoke Corner è altrettanto famosa.

    L'isola è anche famosa per i suoi sport acquatici - in effetti è stato inventato il windsurf - e chilometri di lungomare glorioso. L'acqua locale è perfetta per la vela, il windsurf, la nautica da diporto, lo sci d'acqua e molto altro.

    Ci sono molti ottimi posti dove mangiare se non hai voglia di cucinare, dai bei ristoranti ai pub e naturalmente una vasta scelta di piatti da asporto. Hayling è anche ben servita dai negozi, quindi tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno durante il tuo soggiorno è a portata di mano!

    Tuttavia, se hai voglia di avventurarti ed esplorare le aree vicine, le attrazioni di Portsmouth, Southsea, Emsworth e Staunton Country Park sono tutte nelle vicinanze.

    La proprietà è ben arredata e confortevole ed accogliente.

    La zona soggiorno / cucina è aperta e spaziosa con una vista mozzafiato sul mare. La zona giorno è composta da comodi divani e una smart TV. La zona cucina è ben attrezzata con un bollitore, macchina per caffè Nespresso, caffettiera, fornello, frigorifero, congelatore, forno a microonde, tostapane, lavatrice e asciugatrice, insieme a un tavolo da pranzo in legno che può ospitare quattro.

    La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, un'elegante toilette e una smart TV. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto singolo che può essere tirato fuori per fare un comodo letto king size, si prega di notare: una volta che il letto è stato tirato fuori c'è spazio limitato nella camera da letto.

    C'è una cabina doccia elegante e un WC separato.

    Non è previsto il barbecue per il giardino, tuttavia, siete più che i benvenuti a portare il vostro e godervi lo splendido scenario.

Perfect location. Comfortable. Would stay again

Me and my mum loved our week away. The flat was in a perfect location with a gorgeous view. Very comfortable seating and beds and well equipped kitchen. Great and quick communication with owner. Didn't want to leave and would definitely recommend and choose again if we are back in the area.

Nice south coast retret

We stayed here during the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Fantastic view, nice accommodation with well appointed kitchen. Would not hesitate to stay again in this flat.

Lovely modern apartment

Wonderful sea view from the apartment. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had all modern appliances. A couple of basic things were missing, no toilet rolls supplied or dish cloth. The only issue was the towels, they were not the best, so suggest bringing your own.

Overall a lovely apartment

The apartment was in an excellent location and was well equipped, although a frying pan would have been useful. It was clean and tidy, although we had to wash the crockery before use as some plates were greasy. Everything worked, it was lovely and warm for a November stay. The main bedroom was very roomy with plenty of storage space and the bed was lovely and firm. Pity the TV reception in the bedroom was poor on BBC. The view from the lounge was excellent with beautiful sunsets and the shipping going too and fro, our dog loved the beach too. Unfortunately the patio doors could not be unlocked, which was a pity on the couple of sunny days we had. Overall a lovely well equipped apartment in a great position, with a comfy bed (we only used the one bedroom), spacious shower and a beach outside the front door, if you could open it....

Beach Escape

The apartment is very clean, well equipped, and in a quiet street. The best part is the sea view from the living area, and the location--steps to the beach. Short walk to shops and cafes and the Hayling Island Railway. Enjoyed our stay (our second) and would come back!

A lovely place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Scenes, a bright and clean apartment, with patio doors that opened onto the outside seating area. Lovely to be so close to the sea with great views. Helen was great with some help we needed. 🙂

Contented visitor.

This was our third stay at Sea Scenes, using it as a base when visiting family. The apartment itself is modern, well equipped and very well maintained, the location especially in summer is ideal for a seaside holiday. I'm sure we will look to stay again.

Right on the beach

Great little bolt-hole, which we used as a day-time base (the bed was too firm for me, so we didn't actually sleep there and drove home each night, only 30 mins away). The apartment was spotless and well equipped. The apartment would be even better if it had some comfortable outdoor seating and perhaps a bbq. Also, blackout blinds /curtains in the bedrooms.

Fantastic Beachside Location

This apartment is in a small building (only a couple of other apartments), lovely and quiet location, and with gorgeous sea views. From the (open-plan) living area you can see the Isle of Wight, big cruise ships in the distance, and close up, little sailing boats, windsurfers and kitesurfers. Go through the back garden and you're onto the coastal path and the beach. A 10-minute walk away there's Hayling Railway, cafes, ice cream parlor, mini supermarket, pubs, etc. Apartment was super clean, the internet was super fast, and the place was nice and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay, just wished it was a bit longer!

Love Hayling

The property was execellent with everything catered for and clean linen and towels were first class.really enjoy our stay just a shame that the patio doors couldn't be opened.

Lovely property.

Excellent property. Very clean, comfortable and convenient. Would highly recommend but surprised to see the advice to use the side door rather than the patio windows for access to the garden. The weather being good and having a dog to keep an eye on we chose to ignore this "suggestion " and everything worked O.K. The location and outlook make the sliding doors into the garden a crucial part of the properties charm, so don't be put off. We had a lovely weekend. Many thanks.

A beautifully presented GF apartment on the sea front.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The master bedroom is huge with lots of wardrobes although I would take a few more hangers next time. The second bedroom has limited floor space if using the pull out double but it is still a very usable space. The lounge and dining room are bright and spacious overlooking a pretty garden. I would comment that the back garden needs a side gate to prevent dogs and kids disappearing up the side of the house so you have to make sure the front gate is shut. The shower room has a large walk in shower and is well laid out and clean but a non slip shower mat or a grab rail is definitely needed as it gets very slippy in the cubicle. I took my elderly parents here and they managed very well around the place but a central handrail into the garden would be very helpful so that people can be more independent. All in all it was a super break and I would definitely go back again. They even had a Nespresso machine with Pods, which I loved so much I bought one when I got home. Parking is great and you can get right next to the entrance. The owners have provided a fab place to stay and I would definitely recommend. Thanks.

This place has everything you need for your stay but no direct access to garden from living room

Great little property right on the beach. Clean and everything essential and non essential is supplied. It was only after booking and not being able to cancel I was made aware that the back door that leads out on to the garden/beach front is advised not to use. The front door lock was also badly worn and had to be replaced during my stay. The back garden is not secure, this was disappointing to discover as not only was i unable to use the patio doors I had to leave the property and lock up in order to access the garden as the garden leads on to the driveway and main road. This was frustrating as it meant every time the dog was taken out everything had to be locked up.
