“The room wasn't as expected. I signed up for 1st floor due to wheelchair and original room was 2nd floor with steps. Front desk clerk fixed as best as she could. Still had to get up 1 step but doable. The bedding and carpet were stained in numerous places. It had been "cleaned" but just no care in presentation. Stains are bothersome! Metal bed frame piece sticking out on 1 bed and could've caused injury if bumped against. Wiring for smoke detector in ceiling but it wasn't there. Hairdryer...

“Parking is ample. Rob was very helpful. Room - old but clean, however bed boxes are not in good condition Breakfast - 0/10 1. Place is so dark (not enough light) its a hazard for young ones and adults due to hot waffle maker 2. Not much options at breakfast, juice was out, butter was in big container and everyone had to use the same container was not appropriate 3. Juice was in 1 litre GV bottle, that was opened and didn't know when was it open had to ask the reception to change it 4. No...
