I have to be honest. I was nervous about the property when i arrive. The separate building msde me nervous. As female passenger staying alone. I was very nervous. At around 3am in the morning their was a ruckus next door. Loud banging. I went on for about 40 mins. Finding out from sonny the owner of the property that someone was sick next door. Sonny was very polite, friendly and very nice. The property had breakfast that was very good. I had to leave a review because of the owner Sonny. Thanks Sonny for all your help. Having stayed at this facility previously, we were this visit moved to a different building into a recently remodeled room. Room was nice, except the sound level from the adjoining room that came through the connecting set of doors was too great.

The staff was very nice and polite! Loved the suite we stayed in .. the room was very clean with the exception of the floor !! Needed swept and mopped ! The set up is nice the only reason for not 5 stars is unfortunately the walls are very thin!! And for 2 out of our 3 night stay the guest on both sides of us were extremely loud and disrespectful And also non smoking room but could smell the room across from us smoke (weed) in our room coming through that was very unpleasant (was st Patrick’s day weekend so maybe they were celebrating) But I would say give it a stay … once the neighbors were gone our last day was great and relaxing!!

We were hesitant to stay here because of previous experiences at other Red Roof Inns across the country where the guests were loud, hanging out outside late into the night. It seems to be a theme. But this location superseded our expectations. It was clean, the layout was great, the rooms were nice and the location was quiet. The staff was also some of the nicest we've ever encountered!

One night stay
We stayed on king bedroom suite. We went here with low expectations and surprisingly clean and met our needs. They even accomdated our last minute request to have my sister's room next to ours, ofcourse kids had a blast and made it so convenient for all of us.

Red Roof Ugggh!
Walls have the sound proofing of a cardboard box, next room was loud late and someone was coughing all night. At 1:30 a guest brought out a dog into the parking lot and it barked unrestrained for 10 minutes. Entry door had no seal and overnight temp was 28 degrees, the heater ran more than necessary and sounded like a plane taking off. Won't be coming back here.

Not going back
We never even stayed the night took one look at the rooms and asked for a refund. Definitely they had people smoking in a non smoking room and rooms were not clean!

The room was not properly cleaned. Black long hair in the bathroom everywhere . The towels were shabby, extremely worn out. All towels. Bed clothes, there were yellow from so much use and wash out. Pillows, the worse pillows on earth, they had crumbs and very old and uncomfortable. I asked if it was possible to have the pillows changed and the answer was “ I have nothing else to change it to “ No room service, at all. Not to clean the room, not if I needed new towels. A stay that supposed to last 3 nights it only last 2 nights ( Over all the most uncomfortable hotel room have ever stayed in my life, I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone, is not worth a penny).

I left the hotel!
I checked in, went to the room and walked out. The room had a musty smell and wet stains on the carpet, no wonder it was musty. I was offered a room in the renovated part of the hotel but when I asked why I was not given the nicer room to start with the clerk had no idea. My wife and I just decided to leave and find a different hotel.
