“No one was available to check me in even though they offered late check in. Spent a hour waiting and calling there phone number that was listed for late check in but no one ever came out, answered the phone or even called back after leaving a voicemail. Will never use them again. ”

“Room was cozy. Wish it had an additional lock on the door. Spa was amazing glad they recommended I go early to enjoy the other amenities they offer. BBS bar was good. Only problem they don’t have a way to cook food for anyone with allergies. ”

“Very clean hotel & excellent location. The breakfast area/lobby is too small and can get cramped in a hurry but that is an overall design problem of this entire chain rather than an issue at this particular location. I can recommended it with no reservations.”

“When you enter, it looks clean and modern, reception very helpful and friendly. Then you enter the creaky elevator (one wasn’t working so had one for 8 floors for the day), carpets in hallways had same detritus the whole time we were there along with accumulated garbage at the ends of the halls. The room itself was “inconsistently updated” —it doesn’t matter if you slap a new bed set and other wall features in if you don’t repair the hole in the ceiling, fix the cracked tile and the moldy caulk...

“The room was very clean and nice. The bed very comfortable. Heating and cooling very good. Quiet room and location (Not near a busy road). There's a little grocery store a short walking distance from the hotel. I was able to get some healthy snacks. I thought that the breakfast was very good. I did rather miss complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby as some hotels have this. For some reason the shower leaked out the door, so we had to sop up water after showers. The room was in very good...
