“La chambre était très chaude à notre arrivée, ça puait l'humidité, il y avait beaucoup de poussière et de toiles d'araignées. On nous a vendu "des petites viennoiseries et café" pour déjeuner, mais il n'y avait rien. Il n'y avait pas de personnel sur place, la réception était fermée pour toute la durée de notre séjour. Très déçus, car notre première visite à cet endroit avait été bonne, mais nous n'y retournerons pas après cette deuxième expérience.”

“The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room.”

“We stayed here for one night for an early morning visit to Brewster Academy. The property looks like is was well kept. The last working the evening shift was really nice and helpful checking us in. The lady working the front desk in the morning was very rude. We asked for late checkout to allow our son the opportunity to come back and shower after his visit to Brewster Academy, but she was not accommodating at all despite the hotel not being at capacity.
