“Our room was clean and well appointed. But for weeks I had been asking for a pack and play for my one year old grandson. I got there before my daughter and her family and they told me it had been noted and then NOTHING! It took me writing a scathing description of this type of dangerous and child unfriendly check in for a pack and play to arrive at 10 PM after they had finally gotten him down to sleep on the floor! “I wasn’t looking for shops, but I think there were plenty around. I didn’t know there was a spa. The breakfast stopped too soon as we didn’t get in until 11pm from our event so didn’t get up early enough to make it by the time we took showers. Overall we were satisfied with the hotel. ”

“This hotel serves its purpose in its most basic capacity. Its a clean room to sleep in. The building and its layout are very strange, a little creepy, and out dated. I had to walk through the entire building to get to the far back of the hotel to my room. No one directed me to a closer entrance when I checked in. “Had a great stay! The concierge was very friendly, kind, and professional from the moment we arrived. The hotel was very clean, the room smelled great, and everything felt well maintained. The staff throughout the hotel provided professional service and made the experience even better. The location was also very convenient, with Starbucks and many other stores nearby.
