“My husband and I stayed a couple nights here for his birthday, checkin was was easy and we enjoyed the extra treat of our choice of beverage; either craft beer, soda, tea or hot chocolate. Our room had been recently renovated and had a very cozy cabin feel too it. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever had, mega bonus points (to us for that). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was heated and even though it was April it was the perfect temperature to enjoy, as well...

“Parking was easy and secure. The property is one to two blocks from the main street; thus, it is quiet. The property managers are pleasant, friendly and professional. I had a small problem with the Air conditioning unit. It would come on, then cycle off after ten minutes. Had to restart the AC unit several times to cool the room. ”

“I stayed at this resort when it was Embassy Suites, other than a refresh, which for the most part was ok, it still resembles the old resort. Our room was ok, it wasn’t cleaned properly, the heater wouldn’t turn off automatically, so it ran constantly. The selection of the coffee was pretty disappointing. In addition the toilet tissue and tissue were like sandpaper. The drinks were good with one bartender and horrible with the second one. For us it was an overnight trip to get away, but I...

“Beautiful hotel! Rooms had high ceilings making it feel very spacious. The pool and hot tub were amazing overlooking the lake. Great way to spend Spring Break with my boys!”

“Although the stay was comfortable and nice, the blanket felt too light like a summer blanket, so it wasn’t very cozy. I was also disappointed that the jacuzzi wasn’t working, and I had specifically booked a larger room, but the ventilation fan on the exterior wall was so loud that I couldn’t sleep. However, the breakfast was really delicious, and the staff were friendly and pleasant.”
