With room for 12 spread out over 2800 premier square feet, Retreat at Jordanelle 1147 is a four-bedroom, pet-friendly townhome filled with amazing amenities and exceptional extras. Larger groups will love the opportunity to spread out and find personal space, while still staying close together, and everyone will appreciate the gorgeous interior design, strategic central location, and array of luxurious finishing touches.

On the very lowest level, the BUNK ROOM is perfect for the kids and includes a custom, comfy, king-size sofa sleeper and two twin-over-twin-size bunk beds that are laid out in an L-shaped position. This fun, flexible room also houses an ENSUITE FULL BATHROOM with a tub/shower combo and a toy storage closet filled with fun.

Upstairs on the main level, the LIVING AREA is the hang-out hub, complete with velvety-soft furnishings and light, bright windows that frame the surrounding views and allow plenty of sunshine inside. There’s also a rustic stone fireplace that’s perfect to gather around on chilly evenings and a huge 77” Sony Brevia television mounted above the crackling flames.

Next to the living area, the CHEF’S KITCHEN is completely open and inviting, with a large center island with bar stool seating in the center, surrounded by gleaming quartz countertops and bleached wood cabinetry. The full suite of high-end appliances includes a glorious, high-end gas range, a mounted microwave, a dishwasher, and a huge sparkling, stainless refrigerator. Next to the kitchen, the FORMAL DINING SPACE has seating for eight.

The PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE is located on the main level and is just off the living area. Featuring a top-of-the-line, king-size, Temperpedic Pro-Adapt mattress, guests of this room will revel in complete comfort. This private suite also includes an attached FULL BATHROOM with a double marble vanity and a cavernous step-in shower.

Outside on the back patio is a spacious, steaming hot tub— ideal for soaking after a day on the slopes— and a Weber gas grill for preparing dinner for your crew.

Climb the stairs to the elegant, inviting landing, where you’ll find a sitting area and a dedicated workspace that’s the perfect spot to get a little work done on your trip. Also on this level, there’s a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, a gorgeous GUEST BEDROOM with a queen-size bed and an HDTV, and another GUEST BEDROOM with a king-size bed and an HDTV. Each bedroom features a classic tufted headboard and a premier, ultra-comfortable mattress that’s piled high with luxe blankets, soft pillows, and soft comforters.

Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a keyless secure door code; no need to stop and pick up keys. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Your home will include an invitation to our Guest Portal, providing specific home details, local suggestions, Wi-Fi access and more.

Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley ski resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown and Grey routes. Look up High Valley Transit for FREE ride options from the home as well.

We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. If your pet is accepted, the pet fee, which covers both hosting and pet cleaning, will be added to the reservation. Some restrictions apply.

Pet Fees:
Nightly Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay. No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation!

Featuring a fitness center with a shower-equipped locker room, a private conference room, and an entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, it’s sure to add to your amazing getaway. Note: The theater room may not be accessible. During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There’s a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. Adjacent to the wetlands, several walking trails are leading to a covered pavilion, a 15-acre community park, and a large grass-sports area.
