NEW 2 bedroom 1700 sqft guest suit in Heber Valley

Enjoy a quiet getaway in this spaciouse 1700 sq ft 2 bedroom lower-level guest suite. With a private entrance you will feel like you have entered your own cozy home. With a full kitchen and living room, laundry room, 2 bedrooms and one baththroom.Conveniently located 20 minutes from Sundance and Park City. Only 10 minutes from the closest lake. Enjoy nearby skiing in Sundance or Deer Valley , lakes, golf courses, cross country skiing at Soldier Hollow, snowmobiling, hiking, fishing and more.

The space is Spacious, stylish and comfortable

We have 1 young child and as this is a basement suite you can expect to hear noise from them running upstairs. If noise will be an issue then this may not be the best option for you.

Guest access - You have a private, gated entrance leading into your Lower level basement apartment.

Other things to note
As this is a lower level unit, you will have a family above you in a completely separate space. Divided between a locked door leading upstairs.

Lovely and spacious
I have stayed at many rentals and this one was by far one of the cleanest and most comfortable one. The beds and pillows were amazing and the kitchen was fully stocked. Wonderful communication. Would definitely recommend.

Nice roomy space - must be ok with footsteps above
Really well done interior design and very usable space. You can enjoy a nice dining and living area and very new construction with the entire space being pristine. I would caution families with messy kids with all the white furniture and rugs but good for adults. Only challenge we had was with heat as the heat for the lower level unit you rent is the same for the owners house above. It was in the low 60s and the inly control we had was using a space heater to try and heat the area up. They have more space heaters but it was to much power draw and blew the circuit when we ran more than one. Owners turned up their heat when we semt a message which was nice but would have liked more control of the temperature on our own. That siad, it wouldn’t keep us from coming back. It really was a well done space and would be great for a couple or two couples as there is plenty of space for 4.

Perfect place for a quick girls getaway!
The home is in a nice location, just a few minutes from town. Parking and access is easy. Home is well appointed with a kitchen, dining table, TV room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms (each with one bed). Home is decorated very classy and nice (recommended for adults). Hostess is available with messaging, and accommodating. This is a basement unit, and there are children above, but it didn't bother us. I would recommend this rental, and would stay here again!

Perfect place in Heber City
We were so impressed with this property. The managers were extremely helpful. The place was pristine and comfortable. It seemed bigger than I thought it would be with great interior design. I highly recommend this place. Wish I had more reasons to visit Heber City, so I could stay here again.
