“Before I get into the room quality, I would like to compliment the staff. They were very friendly and welcoming. Once we got into our room, at first it seemed ok. The toilet paper on the roll was more than half used, which is ok but not normal of a best western. Also, there was no towels or soap in our room. When I notified the front desk, they were apologetic and immediately made it right and brought us towels and soap. Upon further looking into our room, we noticed the shower curtain was dirty...

“Had a wonderful stay at Cougar Canyon Unit C. (We were switched from B; C might have been a bit nicer because it’s on the end, but it looked the same as the photos of unit B- I’m guessing they are both similarly designed and decorated.)
