“Hotel was in a convenient location. Close to airport with a gas station right across the street. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean. Only complaint would be the airport transfer. Getting to the airport was great. Unfortunately, after we landed was a bit of a mess. We called front desk to let them know we were ready for a ride. Turns out, there were about 30 of us waiting for the same ride. The first van packed as many people in as they could, leaving 17 of us to wait. Called front desk...

“We never received an additional deposit they required at time of check in even though our room was paid in full and card on file. It was an additional 68$. Then we were charged $12 for the two small bottled waters in our room. We won’t be back. ”
