“Extremely small room on the third floor (no elevator), the shower was not in the room but on the second floor, private but it was just another small room with only the shower. Then you have to go down one floor with everything in hand, including a towel, take a shower, get dressed and go back to your room. The room was not cleaned the first day because there was no "to be cleaned" label on the door. This is usually used to "do not disturb", not to ask for cleaning. The second day I left the room...

“Ho prenotato una doppia nel castello, non rimborsabile. DOPO la prenotazione mi dicono che i cani non possono stare nel castello e ci assegnano una stanza esterna in pessime condizioni. Al check-out sostengono che avevo prenotato una doppia a uso singolo e mi chiedono di parare la differenza x Esperiwnxa terribile. Customer care imbarazzante.”
