“L'hotel è molto bello con il fascino del passato. Noi abbiamo dormito nella depandance, spaziosa con il giardino privato. Il personale è molto disponibile e gentile. I bagni bad ragaz sono a 200 mt, comodissimo per andare a piegi. Assolutamente consigliato.”

“Lovely hotel just few minute walk to the lake and restaurants. The room was big and the beds were good enough. The check-in process was easy but we faced issues with checkout. Had to contact Expedia. They couldn’t help us. Called the number printed next to the machine and after few trials were able to check out over the phone. ”

“What a unique and interesting property with an amazing Staff. One Person in particular, I believe her name was Leonia, went over and above to help us in any way possible . She was extremely caring and even made us food baskets for our early morning flight as we had to leave the hotel before breakfast time. We stayed in the tower and had amazing mountains and lake view. The only thing I would perhaps change was to have an actual buffet where the guest were to chose what they wanted to eat. Still,...

“Bella posizione centrale comodo per le terme e per un giro in città. Facile il check-in elettronico e vicino anche al parcheggio (passate prima dal punto informazioni sempre lì vicino per acquistare il pass giornaliero a 10 CHF). Camera confortevole e letti comodi. ”

“Lovely hotel in a great little town perfect for our needs. They have no staff for check in/out but fortunately someone was at the desk when I left my phone in my room while rushing out for a bus. Despite the language barrier she was my saviour and understood my predicament 😊 ”
