“Hotel nuovo e belle camere. In un hotel 4 stelle non sono abituato a fare il self check in e a immettere io i miei dati nel tablet. Questi adempimenti burocratici deve farli il personale, soprattutto considerando che erano in due e non c’erano altri clienti da servire. Silenzio nelle camere e letti comodi.”

“When I stood before the same address, Pezzalottistr 5 in a neighbouring town ( my GPS mistake) and sent an email to the hotel, the person behind the desk reacted immediately, and guided me to the right place. Staff in general was very friendly. The garage is a plus, and the hotel is a pleasant walk away from the city center. ”

“Als Privatmensch suchte ich eine Unterkunft für eine Nacht mit Frühstück, um Verwandte vor Ort zu besuchen. Bei der Preislage darf man keinen Luxus erwarten! Ein fairer Preis wurde mir zuvorkommender Freundlichkeit und netten Service kombiniert. Das Hotel hat mit Sicherheit schon bessere Zeiten erlebt, dass ein oder andere abgestoßene Möbelstück, in die Jahre gekommene Teppichböden und Matratzen, Duschvorhänge statt Duschkabinen oder Glaswände sprechen für sich. Das Frühstück ging in Ordnung,...

“Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit Unterkunft. Check in war sehr praktisch, das Apartment ist sehr sauber und bietet viel Platz. ”

“Wir hatten ein sehr schönes großes Zimmer, alles war sauaber und ordentlich. Die Organisation klappte sehr gut. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere die freundliche und persönliche Versorgung und Betreuung. Wir kommen gerne bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder.”

“Staff is super friendly and flexible; it is a family owned and run business; they make you feel part of the family; town is super cute and one of the examples of "Fachwerk" houses I have seen in Germany. Also steeped in history. The castle was a seat of one of the most important rulers of Germany. Definitely worth a visit and overnight stay. Great dinner options in the old town center.”
