“L'hotel non ha i servizi di un 4 stelle, è stato rinnovato da poco ma non tutte le stanze, infatti quando siamo arrivati ci hanno assegnato una stanza non rinnovata veramente orribile e vecchia, se non avessimo chiesto ed ottenuto un'altra stanza rinnovata il giudizio sarebbe stato pessimo. il letto era scomodissimo estremamente morbido, a partire dalla terza mattina ci siamo sempre svegliati con la schiena bloccata!!! forse bisogna rinnovare anche le reti oltre ai materassi! La colazione ottima...

“The building and atmosphere have a very strong culture-featured taste, the Mountain View is gorgeous and sitting at the balcony you can even hear the concert at the village center. The dinner is great, the wine (both red and white) worth tasting. My 2 year old son really enjoyed the transparent elevator ride. The stuff are nice and friendly. It’s a short drive to the glaciers area.”

“Very nice place to stay in the middle of the beautiful Alps. Our 2 bedroom apartment was really spacious with a large living room and bathroom, that contains a small sauna. That's was really good experience. Apartment has a full kitchen including dishwasher and oven, that would be very useful for longer stay. And the view no doubts is wonderful. Hotel staff was really nice and welcoming. Breakfast was included. Not a very large choice, but for such a small hotel it was quite good.”

“I have stayed in many 5 star hotel and this hotel is nothing less than a 5 star hotel. The staff is super nice. Although I booked the hotel for wrong night but the lady at the reception accommodated us. I can not be more thankful for her. If I go again to Heiligenblut, I will only stay in this hotel. One of the best hotel I stayed ever.”
