Booked a room for 5 people got a room for 4 had to ask and wait for a roll away bed. Other then that good place to crash after a 12 hour drive.

I was not aware at the time I booked it that the hotel was being remodeled.Plastic covered ALL windows, so they could not be opened.My room was in the wing that was "done".The smell from the glue of the recently laid carpet was rather strong.The room itself was clean, I really love the flooring in the rooms rather than carpet!The desk was pushed over the adjoining room door, but the sounds were very clear coming from there as if I was in their room.The beds are very comfortable, however, they were VERY high. I am average height and still had an issue getting on the bed.For being remodeled, there are some issues that have not been addressed such as paint not being cleaned up on ceiling/walls, mirror.There was no waste basket only two very small bathroom baskets.The air conditioning was hard to reach and read clearly, as I said, I am of average height and it was difficult to reach/read.There was no signage as to where to find the ice machine or emergency exits.The spa was ok, but the door was very difficult to open as the bottom had not been adjusted for the new carpet depth.The towels in the spa were very small and some had holes in them.Breakfast buffet was nice and a good assortment.The outside grounds as the hotel was still under reconstruction, had dumpsters full with old carpet and some overflowing on to the ground.The young lady at the desk in the evenings was very helpful and pleasant. Overall, I don't know if I would stay at Days Inn again, but will consider it.

The building is in poor condition. Hallways and stairs were filthy. I was asked for a credit card for incidentals and was told I would be charged a $5.95 card fee. They explained is because the credit card companies are charging for card use. When I complained the manager did reverse the charge but did say it was company policy. The room itself had seen a bit of renovations and was clean. Will not be using Days in again.

Older facility, has been partially updated but still a bit dated. Our room was pretty musty, luckily my wife had some lavender spray. The gal at the front desk came to our room to get the only luggage cart at the facility as other guests needed it. When we opened the door she commented on how fresh our room smelled.

facility is not properly cleaned. Carpet looks like hasn't receive shampoo for 5 years. Dining chair seat show stains. Worse, they charge you additional $5USD for "incidentals" that was not even mentioned in booking details.

Would have been okay if there wasn't so much hair in both beds that we had to get our blankets from our vehicle to wrap up in to avoid sleeping on it. In return we had no car blankets for the entire 9 hour ride home after which is pretty important to our kids. Very disappointed

I was charged a processing fee for the mandatory $50 deposit I needed to put on the room even though I booked through Expedia. This processing fee was $5.47 even though my credit card was just a held fee, not a charged fee. I hate when places take extra funds for no reason. I expressed this was a trap since they would not have excepted $50 cash and required a credit card for the hold.

The property is not in great shape. The room was not very clean and was quite small. I peeked my head into the workout area and it smelled strongly of mold. Would avoid this place in the future

Property is under renovation without being noted. Numerous unknown and unexplained people hanging around onsite in the hallways leading to the rooms. These people were lounging around glued to their phones without any clear reason as to why they were there. They did not appear to be hotel guests. Additionally the lobby seemed to a gathering place of front desk employees’ friends in the evening. All in all the vibe and the management oversight is limited and being poorly managed. Hard to recommend.

Me and my kids stayed here asked for another night booked online and was denied to stay another night we are clean quiet and respectful when I asked why I wasn’t able to stay again they had no reasoning.

A cozy getaway. We were able to walk to a nice restaurant. The two improvements I suggest would be to vacuum the stairs and plow the snow off the parking lot better.

Room pictures are miss leading, room was much smaller than pictured. Property should really look into their housekeeping as lots of items in the room including the walls was covered in a thick layer of dust. P-tac unit and bathroom fan were terribly loud. Having a bunch of signs at the front desk asking people to rate you 5 stars doesn’t mean your property is worth that rating. Would not stay again.
