Hotel a Helix

“The bed was firm. The room was clean. It was a little bit of a walk from my room to the front office.”

“We stayed one night in Pendleton. The hotel was convenient for the Pendleton Factory Store and downtown Pendleton restaurants. The staff were super friendly and helpful”

“I went during renovations , I booked on Expedia and when I got there the pool.amd hot tub were closed . I was more upset paying what was I think was full price. The staff said the renovations where on there site. They where said renovations nov_may”

“The staff were amazing and very friendly. Unfortunately, that was the only good thing about this hotel. The sheets and towels had visible stains on them. The table hadn't been wiped off at all. The TV and remote required you to reprogram the TV every time you turned it on. It wasn't what you'd expect for the amount of money I paid.”

“The property was very clean. Breakfast was very good. Short drive to town with lots of eateries. Bed was comfortable.”

“The room was really cramped and small for 2 queen beds. You could hear neighboring rooms on either side and above talking in regular tone and TV as if in the same room. Pool was closed early for no reason. The floors were dirty and stained.”

“We always stay at the Hampton. The staff is so friendly including the night manager and the breakfast staff. Speaking of breakfast, there is a nice selection with multiple hot items and 2 different types of waffles.”

“Everything was good except the toilet paper holder fell off the wall first use. They were unable to fix it during our stay so the roll sat on the side of the tub. Truly a first world problem but then again, the room rate was not exactly a bargain rate either. Also the faucet on the sink was completely loose and wobbly and you had to turn it on carefully. I was sure it was going to fall off during our stay but we made it out without flooding the room. Staff was nice as could be. Bed was comfy and...
