“Very cute and homey hotel but the bed was very hard, really hurt my back so had to check out early.”

“This hotel would have been fine, it was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful, but the noise level in room 27 was terrible. Water running from adjacent room, refrigerator noise (had to unplug), upstairs floor creaking, really unacceptable. Sheets were cotton, always a plus .”

“Poorly maintained building. The TV in the room had a really poor connection and wasn't level. The refrigerator in the room didn't work. The bathroom fan was noisy and didn't appear to work either.”

“Breakfast was typical but not bad. Staff were very nice and doing their best to make a not quality property OK. Room and building were dissappointing and just sad. Broken fixtures, bathroom was puny, first room stunk, found another but no kid pullout, then finally another but door didn't seal well so could really hear the freeway. White noise was needed to be able to sleep...and then there was a bug in the bed, but think it was just a spider, or so we hope??? Pool was small and had a view...

“We have stayed at Holiday Inn Express MANY times as our go-to place. This was without question the BEST stay we've ever had. Everything about the stay was exceptional. Bed quality, linens, water temperature and pressure, cleanliness, food options and availability. And all the staff was very pleasant and helpful.”

“This was definitely an older property and budget-wise. It was conveniently located and easy to find (our first time in area). The bed was very soft-a bit strange. I would stay here if I am concerned about expenses, but the next time I think we'll spend more and stay at a bit more upscale of a hotel.”
