Hotel a Hellengerst

“Tolles, familiengeführtes, Superior-Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Service, einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Der Gast steht im Mittelpunkt. Hervorragende, regionale Küche mit dem gewissen Etwas. Sonderwünsche werden probelmlos erfüllt. Wir fühlten uns von Beginn an willkommen. ”

“La colazione era molto scarsa , sono sceso alle 8,30 non cera più Yogurt , e ho dovuto aspettare 20 minuti prima che venisse una cameriera . La porzione di margherina era scaduta da due Mesi . Le camere erano graziose , a cena ho mangiato bene , e la cameriera era molto gentile . ”

“zentral gelegen, ganz neue und sehr saubere Ausstattung. Übersendung des Zimmercodes klappte nach Online-Check-In reibungslos. Dass das Zimmer kein eigenes Bad/WC hat, (Duschbad/WC auf der Etage zum Teilen) und das Fenster nicht ins Freie, sondern in den außen offenbar später angebauten Aufenthaltsraum führt, könnte etwas deutlicher in der Beschreibung stehen. Den angegebenen Kühlschrank habe ich nicht gefunden. Nachteil kann auch sein, dass man mangels Rezeption Gepäck nach dem Check-out nicht...

“Buona struttura, moderna e funzionale camere un po' piccole ma calde e ben esposte. Accoglienza con codice e Lounge per colazione mattutina ed eventuale possibilità di scaldare cibi. Nei dintorni non vi sono negozi ma la location è tranquilla e collegata con autobus (ad alcuni centinaia di metri) a Fussen. ”

“Soggiorno meraviglioso ! La posizione è ottima, a due passi dal centro storico e comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e ben arredata, con un letto comodissimo. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto lo staff per la loro professionalità e cortesia. Lo consiglio vivamente e ci tornerò sicuramente!”
