“The staff were genuine and attentive (complimentary champagne!!), beautiful views, fantastic continental breakfast and friendly wildlife (we saw a bear on the back patio!!). Would not hesitate to stay again.”

“Rm 11b is outdated, bathroom toilet is small and low and will not flush unless handle is held down, shower curtain was still wet when we checked in and smelled bad, shower knob was difficult to pull, cabinet did not close completely, bed sheets were rough and itchy, the room was dark, table lamp broken, and had to find plugs for charging at bedside. The breakfast buffet was not worth $20. The property itself was nice but our room was not worth staying another night for.”

“Basecamp is a good hotel for the money. The room was clean with good condition rustic style furniture and desk. I had a bit of time get the TV to work. One I understood it worked great. The bathroom was in good condition and didn’t have any issues with it.”

“The rooms were clean just had a weird smell but nothing to bad the ac was working so room was nice and cold working tv and microwave with a mini fridge it was nice and cozy the only thing is that the stairs are a bit old and need work staff was great they communicated perfectly no issues ”

“They do not keep additional linen for guest staying multiple days if you request towels you have to give your dirty linen and wait till they have been washed and dried . My suggestion to property owners is invest in additional linen. I live and work in lake Tahoe I stay in this motel only based on daily rate”

“The hot tub was enormous. Fill out really quickly and without any issues. The mall and the beach are also nearby.I love the place.”
