“Electric black out curtain did not work! Room was on the street side and shopping mall parking lot lights were a nuisance. ”

“Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. I slept well. Breakfast was very nice. Made to order Omelettes, waffles. The latte/espresso machine was great. Loved the stay. I would use again in a heartbeat.”

“I've stayed at hundreds of hotels. This one is amongst the worst. Filthy room with a literal puddle on the floor. Fridge didn't work. TV may as well have rabbit ears. Elevator making scary noises. Mattress and pillows were far from comfortable. Staff were ALL either methed out or newly sober ex-addicts. Super methy vibe all around. If it wasn't the last room in town, I would've left.”

Card readers for the external access doors on the East & West side of the building need 3 or 4 tries in order to work, so guests place a rock to prop the door open negating any semblance of security. “Only good thing about this property is the location. But everything else is so terrible that we would never stay here or recommend anyone to stay here if they have other choices. Let’s start with the lady who checked us in. The most rudest person to be working in a customer service type of industry. She and the hotel management knowingly gave us one of the rooms which had no cold water in the bathroom and nonfunctional shower and toiles. When we found out upon checking in the frond desk...

“Very limited check-in & check-out hours, but Manager did respond to my phone call, and I put my key in a locked box by the front door. No soap or shampoo in the room; fortunately I brought my own. Almost ran out of toilet paper; should have a spare roll if getting low. ”
