Elegante Studio moderno nel centro di Helsinki

Per te che non sei soddisfatto delle sistemazioni nel mezzo della strada, questo appartamento nel cuore di Helsinki è stato recentemente rinnovato con tutti i comfort e gli accessori più moderni. L'edificio in sé ha un valore storico ed emana un caldo bagliore di autenticità, rendendolo un luogo perfetto da cui godere di tutto ciò che Helsinki ha da offrire.

Check-in dopo le 9:00 p. m. 20 € e dopo mezzanotte 40 €.

L'appartamento stesso ha un letto matrimoniale (letto Murphy) nel soggiorno e, sopra la cucina, c'è un soppalco con due letti singoli (uno vicino all'altro, vedi foto). Il bagno è relativamente piccolo ma, ad eccezione di tenere riunioni di famiglia lì, dovrebbe essere sufficiente.

Sarò raggiungibile per tutto il soggiorno e sono felice di aiutarvi in ogni modo possibile.

Sarai situato a pochi isolati dal mare, nel centro di Helsinki. Facendo una passeggiata molto breve lungo le tranquille strade (1 min), troverete il mercato coperto e la piazza Hietalahti. La hall offre una varietà di ristoranti accoglienti e tradizionali e i migliori hamburger della città grazie alla macelleria di Roslund.

Tutto il resto a Helsinki è a circa 5-10 minuti a piedi (Helsinki è davvero così piccola!). Nelle vicinanze troverai anche due linee di tram (la 6 e la 9), una stazione della metropolitana sotterranea (Kamppi) e servizi di autobus, tutti in grado di condurti nelle tue avventure ovunque ti possano portare.

È severamente vietato portare nell'appartamento persone diverse dagli ospiti dichiarati.

It's a very nice little flat, where nothing is missing and everything is in the right place.

I suggest to take one of the red bus leaving from the city center to have a sightseeing of the town. The air conditioner is missing, so if you want to sleep upstears, it could be a bit hot. I enjoined staying there, have a good holyday!

This was such a great place to explore Helsinki from for 2.5 weeks. Great location: close to everything but quiet. Lovely host - helpful, communicative, great recommendations. He met us at the door and got us situated. Kitchen more than met our needs the whole time and my husband now wants an induction stove. It was nice to be able to do laundry and it was helpful to have a drying rack. I'd give this place 20 stars if I could. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Helsinki!

Gut gelegene schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist für einen Besuch von Helsinki optimal. Sie ist zentral gelegen, vieles kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die Wohnung ist modern und gut ausgestattet, der Vermieter sehr nett. Empfehlenswert!

Lovely apartment. Great fit for two travelers. Communication with host was easy; received excellent recommendations for where to eat in the area. The neighborhood and city were very accessible on foot or with public transit. Would love to return to Helsinki & would stay here again if it’s available!

Lovely spot with attentive host

Our host was there to greet us outside and help with our bags, and gave us great, nearby restaurant recommendations that we loved. Apartment was very clean and my mom and I each had our own space to sleep. High end appliances/finishes. Loft likely for the limber/young, slightly low ceiling and narrow ladder, but it was perfect for me. The dishwasher and laundry were broken during our stay but it wasn't the host's fault and he was communicative about it. Overall fabulous stay with good access to Helsinki and public transport.

Ideal Base for Exploring Helsinki

This property worked really well for us. It is close enough to the central core of Helsinki to be easily walkable but far enough away to provide a quiet place to relax and sleep. The building is very quiet and the apartment is easily reached on the second floor. It is well equipped and everything worked as it should. The Murphy bed was very comfortable as well. All in all, we have only good things to say and highly recommend it as a place to stay while in Helsinki!

Excellent!

The property was great. Beautifully renovated, close to everything and the host was very responsive and helpful. The only feedback I would add is I wish the property had more supplies like spices, condiments, dish soap, food containers for leftovers, additional towels, more pillows, laundry soap and thicker blankets.

Lovely Apartment - Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Helsinki! Joachim is a very helpful host and the apartment is perfectly located! Joachim was very responsive and his suggestions were wonderful. One thing to note is the apartment is a "1st floor walk up" and the elevator cannot be used. For many this won't matter but we were on an extended journey and had heavy bags. Joachim helped carry them up on our arrival but getting them down was challenging. The bathroom is a "wet bathroom" and a little on the small side but we made it work, just good to understand ahead of time. The bed is a Murphy bed, which you can see from the pictures....it is very comfortable and approximately the equivalent of a double bed. Helsinki is a beautiful city with lots to see, amazing food and friendly people (like Joachim)! We will definitely be back!

Like being at home

Lovely apartment, comfortable and clean with lots of natural light. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, markets and the mall. Trams and buses are close by. Staying there made us feel a part of the Helsinki community.

Exactly as described

Great choice for lodging for two

Joachim is a great host. Stayed in his flat for 5-night Helsinki leisure travel with my adult son. He loves the loft bed and me the spacious Murphy Bed. Location is a short walk from Ruoholahti metro and 24-hour K-Market shopping. Also a short walk from Kamppi or Vanha Kauppahali. Do not forget to try a “Berlusconi” or other fine pizza at close by Itämerenkatu KOTIPIZZA shop!

Great apartment

My family of three very much enjoyed our stay in Joachim's property. The space is clean; the efficient storage made the studio seem like plenty of space for two adults and a teenager. The loft gave our son his own personal space. The kitchen is well-equipped for holiday cooking. The location is convenient for walking to nearby attractions, groceries, restaurants, and public transportation. The neighbor and building are quiet and safe.
