Guest house a Hemel Hempstead

“No hot water, so couldn't have a shower. Or a warm water wash. They made me pay £10 extra when i got there "Because my original booked room had been given to someone else, so we had to give you a bigger one". Advertised as Bed and Breakfast, but no breakfast available. There was nothing on the property to indicate that it was a hotel, the front door code didn't work and the address they gave me was wrong, so i called at the wrong building when i arrived”

“The cost was just within my budget. Very basic & affordable. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and secure. You get what you pay for. I didn’t need to use the shared spaces. Would return 😊”

“Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati benissimo, ci hanno assegnato un appartamento bellissimo con tutte le comodità e pulitissimo. L' hotel è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio vivamente.”

“Cutlery althogh not used- dirty, bed horrible- no sleep ”

“good”

“BEWARE, this property greatly lacks security! The listing does (minimally) state that there is no staff on site. Yet, My wife & I were given entry into the building without having completed the supposed mandatory online check-in, having only spoken to someone through the Ring doorbell camera. The room key was for...

“Had a lovely stay Very helpful staff and room beautifully clean. Very near to shop and not too far from town will stay again happily.”

“Took 45mins to check in in the stifling heat only to find our room didn't have any provisions whatsoever for the heat. No fan, no air con and to top it off, the fridge didn't work so we couldn't even cool our drinking water. Staff (Sri Lankan fella behind the desk) was about as much use as a pair of sunglasses on on bloke with 1 ear. Don't stay here. Be warned.”

“Excellent accommodation from every point of view. Perfect cleanliness. Kindness and courtesy. The property is convenient for the underground, with places for breakfast and lunch very close by, and there is also a supermarket nearby. I highly recommend it.”

“Really enjoyed my recent stay at Nap Barnet. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the whole place had a relaxed, welcoming feel. The staff were great — really friendly and helpful throughout, which made the whole stay even better. The location is perfect — just off the High Street, so it's quiet at night but only a short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, and High Barnet tube station. Great value for money and a solid choice whether you're passing through or staying a few...
