Appartamento finito con ponte sopra l'edificio di stoccaggio dell'albero di Natale. Ingresso separato con una serie di scale. Impostazione di campagna con panorami superiori, stagni, aree boscose e un'eccellente visione della fauna selvatica. Il vostro soggiorno include una pozza del fuoco per il vostro uso e gazebo coperto con tavolo da picnic. I ponti che si estendono sugli stagni sono disponibili per nuotare, pescare e nutrire i pesci. Presenza di pesca concessa in licenza - nessuna licenza richiesta. Molti stagni e zone umide da godere. Sentieri escursionistici e birdwatch disponibili su 150 acri privati. Molti altri chilometri sulla foresta adiacente, compresi i laghi incontaminati Hemlock e Canadice. Gli ospiti possono usufruire di canoe, barca a remi e kayak su grandi laghetti privati.

Fishing is allowed in all ponds except the 2 near the main house. The fish are fed in these ponds and it is an unfair advantage.

This property was amazing. The apartment is nicely arranged and very efficient. It was central to everywhere we wanted to visit. The weather and the property lead us to actually cancel some plans in Sunday and return to spend more time at the property. We had a camp fire, fed the fish and just hung out on the dock. The day of departure we didn't want to leave the deck. There are squirrels, blue jays, turkeys ,deer and geese that frequent the property and ponds.

Host was prompt in replies. Really should have wi fi/internet in the stay (it’s 2025) tv is limited and unable to use firestick/roku. Says sleeps 4 beds are doubles so would be hard to fit 2 adults. No space for pantry/dry goods. 5 ponds. Enjoyed walking around them. Sunrises are beautiful. Would stay again.

Property and apartment were exactly as described and pictured. I am an avid cook and everything I needed was provided. The hills and surrounding area were absolutely beautiful!! I was looking for a peaceful place to spend a few days to unwind from my hectic work schedule and this was perfect!! A returning in Nov for another 3 nights as well.

This is our second stay at the farm. The rooms are perfect for me and my sister. The apartment has a small kitchenette with a perfect amount of pots and pans for a short stay.Very comfortable and we loved having tea on the porch with a peaceful view of the ponds and hills

Nice quit place to stay. Awesome view. All 5 ponds were very peaceful. Hearing the frogs every day was awesome. Saw some deers and a possum. The owner kept to them selves unless we needed something. Would stay here again.

18 steps up to a great value

This beautiful "above the barn" 2 bedroom apartment is perfect for our family visits to Livonia. We also enjoy visits to nearby tranquil Hemlock Lake Park. The hosts Larry and Cindy are wonderful and we have no complaints. However, the WiFi signal from the house does not work inside the apartment since the barn is a metal building. This year we brought along a remote WiFi antenna which resolved the problem.

Stayed for three days. All liked it. The house has everything for living. There is heating and air conditioning. On the balcony in the morning we drank coffee and listened to the birds singing. There are many of them here. There are beautiful parks with waterfalls nearby. Recommended.

Fabulous place!

I loved my stay here. Great location; not too far from the city, but nice and close to the countryside I came to visit. Lovely apartment that has a decently stocked kitchen and beautiful bathroom. Beds are comfy and so is the recliner sofa. Great communication from Cindy & Larry. If I need a place to stay in the area again, I’ll definitely be trying to book this place first

Finger Lakes

Great short stay in Hemlock for a four day weekend. Very nice apartment above the barn at a tree farm. Beautiful property. Would have loved to explore the property more but we were only there for a couple of days. Great scenery everywhere. Letchworth state park was amazing. Just a short drive away. Would definitely recommend.

Hemlock delight

We loved our stay. The morning view over five small ponds was a wonderful way to start our day. The property is conveniently located near the places we spent our time - Geneseo, Avon and Letchworth State Park. Wi-Fi doesn't work inside the metal building, but can be found near the ponds. We plan on returning to this quiet restful haven when we next visit family and friends.

Restful vacation

This second floor apartment is very nice and comfortable and very well equipped, including an 18 cubic foot fridge/freezer and a full size range/oven plus just about everything needed for cooking great meals. There is a good supermarket a few miles away in Livonia. The balcony and windows provide a beautiful view of the valleys and hills in this rural area. The AC worked well. Television is limited to the 35 digital channels of the Rochester area stations. WiFi does not reach inside the apartment but is good in the outdoor pavilion by the pond. The queen bed is comfortable with the foam topper which could be removed for a more firm mattress. Owners Larry and Cindy were very cordial and helpful. We enjoyed our ten day stay and will probably be back again for another summer vacation.
