“The resort is very pretty. The lakeside rooms provided a nice view. However, the rooms were not very clean. There was dust on the furniture. The bathroom floor was filthy, especially under the sink counter.”

Marriott has failed in oversight. Marriott as a brand is what I would select with the expectation that an acceptable level of cleanliness would be provided. Too many recent (last 2-3 years) disappointments. I can not rely on Marriott. Going forward, Marriott can not rely on me as a customer”
