“Overall, I had a good experience. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, and the property met my expectations in terms of comfort and overall value.
The only thing that stood out as a bit odd—and honestly a little concerning—was the window setup in my room. “We planned a pool day on Wednesday however the pool was closed supposedly due to high winds, but it was not very windy at all and the day before was much windier and the pool was open. My guess it was closed due to lack of staffing, I would have preferred a honest reason.”
