“This was our first time staying here and it’s safe to say we would choose this property again, hands down. The staff at check in were lovely and warm. They interacted with my kiddos which they didn’t have to do, but it was a bonus. The check in area and bar had a pool table as well as a table to sit at with various games. “Parking was a breeze, the staff was absolutely wonderful! From checking us in early, to the pool staff, shuttle service, room service, and check out, the entire staff was constantly impressing us with their kindness and generosity. “The duvet had blood on it and instead of a bed skirt they used a ragged white fitted sheet (classless). There were trays along the hallways with leftover food and trash not removed for at least 8 hours. Hallways were not air conditioned so you nearly passed out walking forever from the garage to your room. No hot water in the bathroom sink; to get hot water in the shower and sink, you had to turn on the tub and let it run constantly. Room coffee was horrible and there was trash behind the coffee...
