“This is a good property for a group of young people to use for a fun weekend and for the price, it met our needs. But we were a group of couples and the house lacks comforts and touches that make it look finished and welcoming. The pool was filled with leaves, there are no bar stools at the kitchen island and not a single lamp in the house but just very bright overhead recessed lighting with no dimmers. “Owner canceled on my group about 30 minutes before we got to Vegas. We were stuck looking for alternative hotel options on the Thursday before EDC. Owner claimed he double booked. I’m pretty sure he listed it on a different site and whoever paid more got the reservation. When questioned about this the owners response was pretty much too bad. Overall pretty scummy.”

The hostess is fantastic with great communication, the views from the suite were amazing, the suite is lovely and cozy, and the location was excellent!!
