“Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa, moderna e pulita. Buona la colazione e personale disponibile. Unica nota: viene effettuata una preautorizzazione di 250 dollari come cauzione, la nostra carta in quel momento non funzionava e abbiamo dovuto pagarla in contanti raddoppiando la cifra (500 dollari cash).”

“The rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub are wonderful. The front desk seemed under staffed. There was only one attendant and she was very busy. The breakfast is good except for the eggs. I've stayed 2x and the eggs are rubbery/hard but there are other options.”

“Hotel was very nice, staff were great. Pool and "arcade" were a little disappointing. Pool facility is great, but they only open up the waterslides at 5pm when they also sell waterpark passes to the public. Wasn't much for the kids to do without the waterslides or waves so we didn't use the pool as much as we would have. ”

“The front desk person (s) were both very nice people and very helpful. My one and only issue is that the bedside clock doesn’t keep proper time. It was correct when I turned the light off but was 2 hours fast when I woke up! ”

“Service was excellent. The hair dryer in the room was not working and the service rep on duty delivered another one to me within 5 minutes. The manager, Preet Josan was very accommodating when I arrived a little early for check-in which was very appreciated because I had a health meeting at 12:30 at the hospital.”
