    The Space:

    Wonderfully located, this three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home offers unbeatable walking access to the heart of downtown Hendersonville. The updated interior features hardwood floors, two fireplaces, two clawfoot tubs, and a convenient half bath. Enjoy mornings on the covered porch or the new deck in the backyard, which also offers a firepit. Gather for movie nights in the sunlit living area, appointed with a flatscreen TV and a gas fireplace. The updated kitchen has a full suite of appliances, butcher block countertops, and ample cookware. When it's time to eat, the kitchen bar seats three, and the table seats four. This home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The primary bedroom is outfitted with a king bed, a smart TV, a gas fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom with a clawfoot tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and a smart TV. The third bedroom has a smart TV and a twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a clawfoot tub. A half bath adds convenience. Start your mornings with coffee on the covered porch. In the outdoor space, you will find a new deck and a wood-burning firepit. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided. WHAT’S NEARBY Your vacation rental is just a 15-minute walk from historic downtown. Meander the charming neighborhood streets or hop in the car and drive 30 minutes to Asheville. Take a scenic drive to find hiking, biking, swimming, and birdwatching at one of the nearby recreation areas.

This house was a dream for our two-week visit to see family in the area. We brought our dog who loved the freedom of the large fenced yard (also great for small kids). The house and furnishings are charming and everything was fresh and clean when we arrived. The kitchen is amazingly well appointed and we were able to prepare meals with ease. The neighborhood is charming and very close to both the Main Street area (shops, restaurants and bars) and the fabulous new Ecusta Trail (paved flat hike and bike trail). We will definitely make this our go-to spot when we visit family!

Was a wonderful home! Loved the fireplace and kitchen. Loads of pots, pans to cook our Christmas dinner. Location was wonderful. Beautiful, comfortable house. Only complaint was wish there was a small Christmas tree set up. Most of our rental homes at Christmas have had small trees. We travel every year during Christmas. Thank you for everything!

We enjoyed getting away for a few days and seeing family in the area - this house was a great experience for us. Plenty of room and everything was well provided.

Wonderful experience

Cozy, quiet, private place to stay and relax. Will definitely book again real soon. Loved the extra touch. Game night was so much fun. And the outdoor fire pit made for toasting marshmallows a memory in the making.
