“Having arrived in the evening for a 1 night stay I was very pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded to a suite. The staff were all helpful and pleasant throughout my stay. Breakfast was excellent, unfortunately I did not have dinner in the hotel. The suite was spacious and well equipped with a very comfortable bed , huge bathroom and separate stylish living area. Next time I hope to have the time to experience the gorgeous Elemis rooftop spa. ”

“Tutto relativamente ok, letto comodo ma cuscino durissimo. Ciò che mi ha fatta non poco innervosire è stato il fatto che il servizio delle pulizie ha bussato alla porta alle 8:30 del mattino, svegliandoci all’improvviso e poi ha aperto la borsa. Questo è inaccettabile. Non so niente di hotel, ma non si dovrebbe comunicare con il servizio delle pulizie per avvertire chi ha fatto già il check out? Specifico: il check-out era alle 12. Assurdo. ”

“I stayed for one night. The room had been kept for me despite Expedia booking not passing my details on properly. The room was really spacious. Plenty of lovely human touches like a fruit bowl on the table and practical touches like USB sockets were a god-send to charge my electronic devices. Richard is very welcoming, helpful and friendly. “Hotel eccellente. Ottima la prima colazione. L'albergo dispone di un ristorante e di un bar che propone svariati piatti ad un prezzo più che onesto. Wifi funzionante e veloce. Piuttosto lontano dal centro, ma c'è una fermata dell'autobus (linea 3a) a 5 min a piedi dall'albergo che porta in 20 min al centro di Oxford. Nelle immediate vicinanze dell'albergo non ci sono negozi, ristoranti ecc.”
