“Convenient location and affordable.”

“The website needs to be updated. Part of the hotel looked abandoned and at first we thought it was closed. We chose this hotel because of location to a wedding, and the beautiful photos of the pool and jacuzzi that we talked up for the grandkids. Sadly, the pool and jacuzzi were inoperable. When discussed with the front desk we were told that the pump had blown and the owner hadn't gotten around to getting it fixed. “Clean rooms, nice location right off the Highway! Booked the room so my son and I could go to the Pro-Moto races at HANGTOWN. 1/2 hour from the track, 2 exits from downtown Placerville.”

“It was passable, but don't set your expectations very high. The carpet didnt lay flat, and the flooring by the tub curling up. It's seen better days. The breakfast is only a prepackaged Svenhard's Danish. No prepared coffee with breakfast so you have to make it yourself in the room with the small machine. Next time we go wine tasting in the area we'll be looking for something a little better.”

“Appears to be short staffed...frequently sign at front check-in/desk rather than person. Proud of their old elevator...but floor of elevator frequently misaligns with room level floor making luggage cart useless. Access to our room was hindered by misaligned hardware - inside bolt and locking mechanism. Took a shoulder push to enter. Antiques abound. So if that is your thing...enjoy them. “Bad wifi”

“parking was easy access on both sides of the hotel checkout at 12 and i forgot to hang the do not disturb . Housekeeping was opening the door around ten a little over anxious but hey they have a lot to do . ”

“Biggest reason I was there was because it's literally around the corner of Moonraker Millhouse! Discovering Wallys was a huge added bonus. Tucked away so parking was easy. If anything it's a great pit stop. I love that I had a kitchenette. Fridge came in handy.”

“Prompt service upon arrival, with excellent comp gifts on check in that made the stay even better. Conveniently located with a very short walk to food and entertainment. Old Town Pizza is right around the corner and you are missing out if you don’t get some. Parking lot is nice and the rooms are modernized. Can’t beat for the price and convenience.”
