“We were in the Malvern area for a family event. Because one of our gatherings was to be dinner at the Inne, we found it convenient to stay at the General Warren Inne. Not that I anticipated poor accommodations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy suite and the kind, courteous staff. Also, the dinner Saturday evening was very good. Again, staff who worked the private room was great. I want to specifically complement a young lady named Andrea. ”

“I’ve stayed at this hotel and few times and each time I’m genuinely impressed. The location couldn’t be better—just a 1-minute walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars, which made everything so convenient. Our room was super comfortable, spotless, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax. The service is always exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was kind, helpful, and made us feel welcome. I’d definitely stay here again”

"Tutto come da aspettative tranne che per la evidente inefficienza del servizio di colazione, a mio giudizio dipendente dal numero insufficiente di personale addetto. Cibi qualitativamente buoni ma tempi di attesa molto lunghi per cibi e bevande che, spesso, vengono portati anche non aderenti a quanto ordinato. Credo basti aumentare il personale dedicato ma se non lo si fa la colazione diventa un’avventura."
