A beautifully refurbished 1600 Stone holiday home in the heart of Peterchurch, combining original charm with modern comforts, featuring an enclosed garden and easy access to the stunning Golden Valley, Hay-on-Wye, and the Brecon Beacons.. Ground Floor:

Tucked away in the picturesque village of Peterchurch, this beautifully refurbished holiday home offers a perfect blend of character and modern comfort. Sleeping up to eight adults across three spacious floors, the property has been thoughtfully restored to retain its original charm while incorporating stylish, contemporary touches. Exposed beams, original oak floors, and a preserved bread oven add warmth and history to the home, while the sleek slate shower rooms and bath provide a luxurious feel.

On the ground floor, the welcoming living areas offer plenty of space to unwind, whether you’re curling up with a book or gathering around the dining table for a meal. Two double bedrooms and a family bathroom can be found on the first floor, with a further two double bedrooms and an en-suite shower room on the top floor. Outside, the enclosed garden is a treat, featuring a hot tub for ultimate relaxation and a lovely seating area—ideal for a morning coffee or a glass of wine on a summer evening. Conveniently, there’s a village shop right next door for all the essentials, and two friendly pubs within walking distance.

Beyond the doorstep, the surrounding area is brimming with natural beauty and places to explore. Peterchurch sits in the stunning Golden Valley, offering breathtaking countryside walks and scenic spots such as Arthur’s Stone, a Neolithic burial chamber with incredible views.
