In Thyon 2000, ~7.5 km, indoor swimming pool and childcare (from 18 months; winter season). To the quaint village of Hérémence ~2 km, here you will also find restaurants/cafés, a supermarket, a post office. Pharmacy and butcher in Vex, ~5 km. Ski info Chalet altitude ~1,550 m, ski area up to 3,330 m, with Mont Fort glacier. The 4-seater express chairlift from Les Masses (~300 m) can be reached on foot from the chalet. The ski run back to the bottom station of the lift is partly snow-covered. Depending on the snow conditions, you can ski further down to near the chalet (no piste; not groomed or marked; at your own risk; ~250 m from the piste). The chairlift is part of the overall Les Collons - Quatre Vallées - Verbier area. "Skiing at the highest level" with 410 kilometres of pistes and numerous fantastic ski routes and freeride runs. From Greppon Blanc (2,700 m), wonderful deep-snow descent "Eteygeon" (not marked or groomed; at your own risk) over 1,300 metres in altitude into a quiet side valley; return to the ski area by bus.
