A bright and elegant living-dining room serves as the centerpiece. Fresh colors and natural materials give your home a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. The cozy sofa seating area in front of the gas fireplace, with a view of the large flat-screen TV, is ideal for relaxing and perfect for gathering together. The same goes for the beautiful, large dining table, which has plenty of room for everyone to enjoy meals or chat together. You can prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto the living room. High-quality brand-name appliances and elegant tableware make cooking or preparing fine meals a delightful pleasure. Whether it’s a stove, oven, refrigerator, or coffee maker—nothing is missing here. From the living room, as well as from both bedrooms, you have access to the southeast-facing balcony (9 square meters). When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea from here. Both bedrooms exude a cozy atmosphere. Each is furnished with a comfortable double box-spring bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), a large closet, and a flat-screen TV. The apartment becomes a true wellness paradise thanks to its private Finnish sauna in the master bathroom. Work up a good sweat as you heat it up. Both bathrooms also feature a rain shower, a sink, and a toilet. To ensure a thoroughly enjoyable getaway, towels are provided for you, and the beds are already made. A washer-dryer is available for your use in a small utility room. Wi-Fi is free. In the modern underground garage, parking space No. 12 in the double parking bay on the lower level (max. height 1.85 m, max. length 5.10 m, max. width 2.50 m, max. load 2,600 kg) is reserved for you.
