The “Strand-Park” vacation complex is located directly on the beach promenade in Heringsdorf. The 70-square-meter Upstalsboom two-room attic apartment, usspv21, with a sunroom facing the Baltic Sea and a view of the beach promenade, can accommodate up to 4 people.

The Location
This vacation apartment, situated on the northeast side, is located on the second floor of the historic villa, built in the style typical of the imperial seaside resorts. Part of the “Strand-Park” vacation complex, nestled amid lovingly maintained green spaces and just a few meters from Heringsdorf’s fine-sand beach, a footpath leads directly from the promenade through the dunes to the beach. You can reach the Heringsdorf pier in just a few minutes.


Amenities This spacious, non-smoking vacation apartment with a shower room features free Wi-Fi and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living area with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a hi-fi system. A sunroom with a view of the beach promenade is also part of the apartment, as is the fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Upon request, we can provide a crib and a high chair for a fee.

Special Features
The Strand-Park features its own sauna area with a sauna and an infrared sauna. The sauna area is available to you daily starting at 5:00 PM free of charge. Bathrobes are available for rent at the service office for a fee.
The vacation complex also features a shared parking lot, bike racks, coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, which are available to you in the laundry room. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
