From this garage, you can access the elevator and the apartments in Building B (regardless of whether you arrive by car or not). From there, you have access to Building A, which does not have an elevator. The upper apartments can only be reached by stairs. It is approximately a 400-meter walk to the beach and the promenade. The washing machine and dryer in the building are available for a fee. In addition, each apartment has its own mailbox on the building.
